Cancelling an event
We understand this is a common occurance in the horse world! Therefore we have made it hassle-free to cancel an event and automatically notify everyone who has entered. No more relying on people seeing a post on social media or manually contacting everyone!
Step-by-step guide
To cancel an event, find your event on the events page and click on its name.
Once on this page, you will be able to edit the "status" of the event. Look for the settings button on the Status panel.
Here you will be able to change the event's status. When cancelling an event, you can provide a reason which will also be included in the notification that entrants receive.
Once you've cancelled an event, all bookings for that event will be marked as "Cancelled". You can still access these bookings via the button. From here you can then go into each booking and process a partial or full refund based on your refund policy.
