Editing a facility

Managing your facility availability is easy, and allows you to set different opening times on different days, or set previously open days to closed, e.g due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

You can also edit the facility's information at any time such as name, pricing etc. Look for the settings button Settings next to the facility name.

Step-by-step guide

To edit a facility, go to the facilities page and find the facility you wish to edit.

You can edit availability at any time by choose Edit in the availability panel.

1. Changing settings for a day or multiple days

You can select any green date(s) and change the settings, then Sync calendar. Remember to Save at the bottom of the popup for these changes to take effect!

2. Closing for a day or multiple days

If you need to close on a previously open day, select any green date(s) and choose Mark as closed, remembering to Sync calendar.

When you Save these changes, if you have existing bookings for this day, you will be given the option to either keep those bookings or cancel them. If you cancel them, those entrants will be notified.

Remember this only closes the calendar for this particular facility, so if you need to completely close your venue, you will have to repeat this process for each type. But this mechanism allows you to keep some things open, e.g you might want to just close the XC course if it's too wet, but still allow your arena hires.
